Relish in the serene ambience of our delightful, sunlit room that opens to a tranquil garden view — a perfect backdrop for exploring the intricacies of postures, breathing, and relaxation.

Alternatively, gather a few friends for an intimate group session. Enjoy the camaraderie of 3 or 4 friends and the benefit of shared costs, while still receiving a Yoga program crafted just for your group.

Choose from our flexible offerings of 4, 6, and 8-week programs, or opt for a one-off session to suit your schedule. I am available for your Yoga journey at the Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre on Monday afternoons and Wednesday evenings, at the Natural Health Centre in Woodbridge on Monday mornings, and at Ned Wombwell Osteopathy in Melton on Thursday afternoons.

To add variety to your practice, classes are led alternately by Izzy and Linda, each bringing their own unique expertise and style to the sessions. Whether it’s Izzy’s Monday morning classes that invigorate you for the week ahead or Linda’s nurturing Thursday sessions that guide you towards inner peace, our shared goal is to support and enhance your Yoga journey.
