Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is one of the most classical forms of yoga that lays emphasis on the balance and integration of the mind, body, and spirit. Derived from the Sanskrit words “ha” meaning “sun” and “tha” meaning “moon”, Hatha yoga aims to balance and harmonize the dualities inherent within us – the masculine and feminine, the active and passive, the hard and the soft.

Yoga Focus

Discover how yoga can alleviate back pain, enhance posture, and boost overall wellbeing. Before enrolling in a class, assess if yoga suits your physical needs. Book a ‘Yoga Focus’ one to one session with Izzy. Lasting half an hour, you will experience relaxation, an opportunity to experience Izzy’s unique teaching style and set the foundations for joining the class.

Linda James

My friend and yoga colleague Linda James shares the yoga classes with me – we teach half of the term each. Linda is also an experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher. This means that group members gain the benefit of two teachers with slightly different approaches and they tell us that they enjoy it!
