One to One Yoga Coaching

Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for beginners, returners and experienced students. We teach classical Hatha Yoga with postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.

Workshop in Woodbridge - All About Posture - 24 March

I'm running a workshop about the benefits of good posture and how to achieve it.  Lesley Terry and I invite you to come along to the Library in Woodbrige on Saturday 24 March for a day of conversation, learning and yoga with a vegetarian lunch included too!

One to one Yoga coaching is good for getting started with Yoga and for progressing your own practice too.  

Individually tailored sessions also mean that you can tackle those tricky postures or improve your breathing techniques so that you get the most out of your regular classes.

Come and enjoy Yoga at the Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre where we have a lovely, bright room overlooking the garden with plenty of space to learn more about postures, breathing and relaxation.


Or bring a couple of friends along and enjoy exclusive Yoga sessions designed just for you!  3 or 4 friends can join together and share the cost.


4, 6 and 8 week programmes are available and I offer one-off sessions too.  I'm based at the Woodbridge Complementary Health Centre  on Mondays and Wednesdays.  

Now available at the Woodbridge Natural Health Centre and at  Ed Wombwell Osteopathy in Melton.
